The HCCW was incorporated in 1972 as a non - profit, tax exempt business association. The HCCW creates, expands and diversifies small and Hispanic owned businesses in the state of Wisconsin. The HCCW provides educational and technical resources, and fosters the economic exchange between the business and corporate sectors. The HCCW promotes a network for political issues, community affairs and opportunities for the Hispanic population and community at large.
Although your chamber is involved in numerous endeavors, we are specifically designed to provide quality business assistance to small business owners and we are intensely focused on the empowerment of the Hispanic entrepreneur.
Assistance is provided through all stages, start-up, development, management and expansion. Our services include, but are not limited to consultation on business plans, marketing and certification assistance, resource development, procurement assistance, financial and legal consulting.
The HCCW coordinates and co-sponsors seminars and workshops designed to improve the managerial, marketing and other business skills of Hispanic and other small business owners. This newsletter, in addition to our membership meetings, feature articles and speakers, respectively, which provide valuable and concrete information towards business profitability.
Our membership is currently at 490 which includes 34 corporate members who partner with us in our endeavors and who also add strength and stability to the membership base. Although the majority of the membership are small business members, other individuals, both Hispanic and non-Hispanic, have seen the merits of joining our esteemed ranks. I invite you to assist me in the recruitment of new members.
