A jubilant crowd of 1,080 joined us the evening of January 24th to celebrate Hispanic business success and community progress. One could feel the positive energy and pride that permeate the air during the memorable evening.

This year’s theme “Rompiendo Barreras…Breaking Barriers” reflected our diligent strides towards economic, business and community progress. Selected for excellence in these areas by the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce for eight consecutive years, our commitment to breaking barriers remains unwavering.

The HCCW has become increasingly immersed in breaking barriers that impact the development of Hispanic business and community. We have realized many existing initiatives and championed several new ones. Together there has been no stopping us as others sit back to watch the HCCW lead the way.

We are seeing our impact. Our buying power, no longer ignored, has prompted accelerated target marketing. Hispanic owned firms are on the rise with many of them writing their own success stories as the fastest growing and most successful.

We must harness this growing energy to continue charting a positive course to economic, business and community progress. We must continue to advocate the important benefits of higher education to our young. We must continue the renaissance efforts of our urban Hispanic communities. Above all, we must rid ourselves of apathy on all levels and always remain intolerant of mediocrity.

Your support is tremendous endorsement of what we have realized and fuels our ability to continue our effective presence as a community anchor. A profound gracias!

    Adelante Juntos,
    Maria
