Fabuloso!... describes the 20th annual Gala held on January 23, 2010 at the Potawatomi Expo Center. Close to 800
guests enjoyed the fabulous atmosphere and all the marvelous amenities that transformed a large space into a strikingly
beautiful venue!
This year’s theme “20 Unforgettable Years / 20 Años Inolvidables” aptly described our remarkable 20-year record of effectively
promoting the interests of Wisconsin’s Hispanic and other small businesses; of fostering economic development; of
our commitment to educating future generations; and our prominent community presence. The same guiding principles of
dedication, determination, and discipline set years ago have endured as our standards. This is your HCCW!

espléndido/superb describe the herculean efforts of
the Gala committee. Being the inaugural event of this type in the Expo Center we expected problems but there was nary a
glitch and certainly nothing that wasn’t immediately addressed by Potawatomi personnel who eagerly accommodated all
our needs. Without any reservation whatsoever our 20th Gala was indeed inolvidable/unforgettable!
Our inspiring and engaging keynote speaker, Emmy award-winning ABC News Correspondent, John Quiñones joined the
hundreds of others in being duly impressed. Numerous compliments were received and while I accepted them, they were
accepted on behalf of an incredible team of corporate and business supporters and volunteers. A profound gracias!
We have experienced some truly unprecedented, undeniable and noteworthy times in our history; a history that has long
included your support, trust and confidence. Without a doubt we have come a long way and our powerful impact has resulted
in impressive quantitative and qualitative results. Still, the HCCW clearly recognizes that it did not reach its prestigious
status as a significant community anchor on its own. The caliber of unwavering supporters in our familia inspires us to
greater heights; the award-winning HCCW moves ahead with confidence!
