Mark your calendar! Milwaukee’s Hispanic social event of the year is fast approaching. The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Wisconsin (HCCW) annual banquet – “TOMORROW BEGINS TODAY…MAÑANA COMIENZA HOY!� is set for Saturday- January 24, 2009 at the Midwest Airlines Center.

A silent auction is held in conjunction with our signature fund-raising event. Last year’s auction raised $12,020 benefiting the HCCW Education Fund/Philip Arreola Scholarship Program. An additional $2,628 was raised in direct donations to the scholarship program. We know that you share our pride, since 1993 a total of $438,240 in scholarships has been awarded to young adults entering or completing their undergraduate studies. We clearly recognize that higher education is the great equalizer and that our efforts continue to touch futures in a very meaningful way!

Please consider donating a $25 or $50 gift certificate; products or services that feature your business; collectibles; sports/entertainment packages, etc….. We love donor creativity! Please help us make this year’s silent auction another smashing success.

We also ask your consideration in placing a full page ($350) or half page ($175) ad in the banquet program. Reach a large audience and at the same time demonstrate your HCCW support.

The Hispanic community has never been stronger and although we will encounter some uncharted waters, the future is bright, the path is clear~ Tomorrow Begins Today..Mañana Comienza Hoy! Join us in the celebration.
