The 9 am morning conference provides a supportive setting for women to interact with peers, hear meaningful presentations designed to stimulate candid discussion and offers access to valuable resources. The noon luncheon celebrates accomplished Hispanic women who have risen above barriers; triumphed over struggles and obstacles; and who eagerly share their life experiences with other Latinas. A popular and well-attended event with Wisconsin’s Hispanic women, the Salute outreaches to our younger Hispanics, elected officials, small business and corporate sectors along with the general public.

This year, in partnership with State Farm Insurance, we have the honor of welcoming a Latina of national prominence; a leading expert on financial issues for the Hispanic market; a NY Times best-selling author; and popular radio and television host – JULIE STAV.

Julie Stav tackles the hurdles and takes the fear out of personal financial planning and charts a course towards personal financial independence. One of the country’s leading financial experts, her captivating presentations and compelling messages have earned this celebrated financial guru many honors that identify her as one of today’s most powerful, charismatic and persuasive voices.

Influential Latinas in Wisconsin are on the rise as business owners, professionals and community leaders. Through this annual event, the HCCW salutes all enterprising and determined Latinas who inspire, enrich and empower our lives and community.
