Any not-for-profit corporation or other non-profit organization that is interested in fostering economic development of the Hispanic or other minority business community, either generally or in a specific trade, profession, industry or worker organization.

Membership in this Corporation shall be open to all businesses and individuals who qualify for membership in any of the categories of membership set forth herein. Each member shall belong to one of the categories of membership.
